We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
As many of our items are Handmade there may be slight variations in Colour , Design and/or Materials and may have very minor imperfections if you feel that something does not meet your expectations please contact us as soon as possible to resolve this.
If your items were damaged during shipping, please email our team at Info@VeiledVolumes.com within one week of receiving your item. Please also include photos of the packaging and damage to assist in resolving the matter promptly
Does not qualify as damaged
Scratches, marks or residue on the inside of the dust jacket/slipcase
Page bleeding or unevenly sprayed edges.
Creasing or folding on the top or bottom of the book spine or dust jacket– Wavy pages.
Slightly blurry stencilled/digitally printed/ Engraved edges.
Crackling/lines/texture in foiling.
Damaged packaging for the items will not be considered part of a damaged item if the item itself is okay.
Lost Or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking number shows as delivered, your order is illegible for a refund or replacement.
If you provided the wrong address on the order, your order is illegible for a refund or replacement.
Only once the shipping provider has deemed that the package is lost will you be offered a refund or replacement.
